Missy L Banuelos I was the finder. This puppy was found with another one. They were both taken to the shelter to be scanned. Neither had a chip. By law they have to be reported to the shelter as found dogs. I'm a volunteer with a dog rescue and will foster until the mandatory stray period is up and then the dogs will be safe with rescue.
