Her orange cheeks are not as pigmented. Her Nails are a bit sharp due to me not getting her groomed.

I lost my bird yesterday around midday in Greenacres, Florida, near Lake Worth Road and 57th Avenue. She was out of her cage earlier in the day, and when my mom had to leave, she placed her back inside but the cage wasn’t fully secured and was left outside. My bird managed to get out and flew away. I believe she may still be in the surrounding area. She is very sweet, friendly, and used to people. She loves head scratches, whistles often, and may even land on people’s heads. If you see her or have any information, please contact me right away.

Here are some ideas to assist in your search. *Create a post on Pawboost, NextDoor & Ring, if you haven’t already. *During the daytime: use a wireless Bluetooth speaker to broadcast flock calls or your voice, shake treat bags or anything that might attract attention to food, put the cage out where it can be seen. *During the evening when searching is over, design & print off flyers with photo & contact information. These can be encased in a ziplock to keep weatherproof & posted in areas where allowed like parks, poles & any nearby gathering areas. Also drop off some at vet clinics, pet supply stores, anything within a 5 mile radius. Contact local shelters/rescues & even the police dept - they do pick up found/stray pets all the time. Make sure the world knows - neighbors esp ones that have bird feeders/baths/pools. Hand them out while searching the area. Join every local social media group there is. Run an ad in your local newspaper - some run one for free in lost & found (or cheap). Also check with local bird watcher groups - they’re always out & about. Flyers cannot be placed in mailboxes. *PLEASE CHECK WITH LOCAL ANIMAL SHELTERS & FILE A MISSING PET REPORT*
