The dog has been eating however wasn’t in best grooming situation which might only be because the weather however I’m unsure if that is the reason the hair has tangles and dirty also wet since it’s in rain and snow

Most definitely I am trying to keep it safe however inside and outside it’s barking and my spouse has to rest for work tonight, I gave it food and definitely let it warm up and dry before trying to use running cable to hold it on porch that was like in kennel it doesn’t care for either I let it off but checking on it often and once my spouse is awake I can bring back inside might try to give it a bath to clean it up some
