Brown terrier mix - very sweet dog

This dog darted into my car bumper and was hit - I picked him up off the road and took him to 24 hrs Emergency Vet on Lee Hwy in Chattanooga - they examined him with xrays and - pulled air off of his lungs so he could breathe - today he is at my vet Creekside in Cleveland for examination - he most probably needs more surgery to survive which i cannot afford - I cannot keep him in the hse because of my dog - he stayed in my car last night with windows down- have spent $800 on him - please please if anyone knows who he belongs to - respond to post or Creekside Vet in Cleveland - he is such a precious dog he must belong to someone
