His name is Seeker he is a 15 year old cat and refuses to stay inside for long periods of time. He got in a fight with another cat and got the scratch on his eye. Sidenote he has always been that thin but eats like a pig

Shared. Please follow the advice that Mary Adishian Ruiz is giving you, it's right on point. File a found report with the shelter right away. You can file online, and you don't have to surrender the kitty to do it. Check posts of missing kitties on Pawboost and other lost and found pet websites. The kitty could be reported missing on any of them. Also check Pet listings on FB Marketplace, Craigslist and Pennysaver. Good luck
