3 month old kitten white with black pattern

Ellis is a three month old white and black kitten who broke the screen on one of my windows in my 3rd story apt building and either jumped or fell to the ground on the night of the 22nd. I love him dearly and badly want to know if he is ok. I was told by a neighbor that he was spotted with a man who was looking for the owner on my street, but I cannot figure out who that was. If you have my cat please reach out! Or if he is still out there and you see him! Thank you!
