3 month old tabby with a spotted belly. Wearing a collar with pineapples on it. He knows his name is Covi and responds when called, but is terrified of people other than his owners.

Also leave the cat box outside. Cats can smell their own cat box up to a mile away.

Great advice☝️. This has worked for us, too. Your kitty may be in hiding during the day and will try to return home when it’s quiet out. Leave some unwashed clothing out so he can smell home. Also, since it’s so hot out, please a bowl of fresh water out for him. If it’s dirty on the a.m., a raccoon gas probably used it.
