The suspect is considered: • Extremely handsome • Highly persuasive • Experienced in fence scaling • Successful in obtaining food, cash, and sympathy from innocent citizens He may attempt to convince residents that: “I live here now.” Do not be fooled! Gumbeau is chipped, neutered, and deeply missed by his family. He may look rougher now, thinner, dusty, or cautious after months outdoors and storms.
