Based on the photos you've shared so far, I don't believe this is the same dog because the markings, coloring, and overall build appear different. You mentioned your dog is a Miniature Doberman Pinscher. I had this puppy examined by a veterinarian, whose assessment does not match that breed. If this is your dog, please also include proof of ownership, such as veterinary records, vaccination records, microchip information, or other identifying documentation.
