Please REQUIRE proof of ownership so he doesn't end up in the wrong hands. There are Evil humans (Women Too) who falsely claim dogs for their dog fighting rings or just sick Evil humans who get a sick thrill from abusing animals. Thank you.

Denice Bradley I already contacted Animal services. Thank you for the suggestion. As to micro chipping pets, I recently found out that sometimes the microchips that are put in, the company that monitors goes out of business and creates a problem. I met somebody through here. It had to put a second microchip in their dog because the first agency they microchip through was no longer monitored somehow. So that’s scary.
