Awww… poor baby is a senior, probably has a hard time seeing. My senior cat is completely blind from cataract. It’s so sad but she is safe in her area. Thank you for helping this precious baby. Praying the owners will be found soon!!

Please take to be scanned for a chip! Post in next door and put signs up. If the dog needs medical care and you can’t afford it, reach out to a rescue or if you don’t have any other option, bring to the shelter. Based on the age, I wonder if it’s a mammary mass? I’m definitely not an expert.
