Message from Finder
I have been feeding this cat for the past week. She was very hungry and frightened so I brought her to Foothills animal shelter. Once she knew she was safe she showed her true self to be so sweet and affectionate. I am sure someone is missing her. I know FHAS will scan her for a chip, but as far as I know they haven't yet.
