June 14 Sunday 1:50 pm. Two small black terrier dogs hiding in trees in front yard 1403 French Avenue in Odessa. Will not let me close to see if tags or collars. Fur looks matted. I can’t catch them. Will bring water. Anyone recognize these 2 little dogs? hse is unoccupied. Just added food and water to the corner where the dogs are. To the left of the hse against the fence in the front yard
