You accused us of abusing our cat, but that is completely false. He was always a very calm cat with us and had never been aggressive. You took him and kept him inside your home without our permission. After being kept in your home, his behavior changed and he became more aggressive, and then he ran away from your home and became lost. Thankfully, because he is microchipped he was able to be identified and returned to us. Now you have taken him into your home again, even though you know he belongs to our family. If you are going to make accusations about us publicly, please also be honest about the circumstances in which you obtained and kept our cat.

Wellness.with.Gloria Read distraction-free on Substack A Simple Natural Remedy for Hair Loss, Receding Hairlines, Alopecia, and Premature Graying Real feedback and cases included! Wellness.with.Gloria Aug 20, 2026 15 2 Oriental Arborvitae (Platycladus orientalis), revered by ancient scholars as the “Chief of All Trees,” is instantly recognizable. With its many branches, flat twigs, and tiny, scale-like leaves growing in opposite pairs, this deep green or yellow-green tree is as beautiful as it is resilient. Its twigs and leaves have been a cornerstone of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) for over a thousand years under the name Arborvitae Leaves (Ce Bai Ye). A Millennia-Old Remedy for Hair The medicinal history of Arborvitae Leaves dates back to the Eastern Han Dynasty. The classic TCM text Jin Gui Yao Lue (Essential Prescriptions from the Golden Cabinet) already featured the “Arborvitae Leaf Decoction,” proving its long-standing therapeutic value. But its true magic for hair was captured by Ge Hong in his Handbook of Prescriptions for Emergencies (the very same book that inspired Nobel laureate Tu Youyou’s discovery of Artemisinin for malaria). Ge Hong wrote: “For hair growth: take arborvitae leaves, dry them in the shade, grind them into powder, and mix with oil to apply.” Today, TCM practitioners often pair it with herbs like He Shou Wu and Huang Jing. Modern science backs this up: extracts from arborvitae leaves activate cellular signaling pathways that promote hair follicle proliferation, pushing follicles from the resting phase into the growth phase. Furthermore, its bitter and cooling nature targets the liver meridian, cooling the blood and dispelling wind—making it highly effective for hair loss and premature graying caused by blood heat. Real Results from the Community We’ve seen incredible feedback from our local TCM learners who have tried this simple, low-cost remedy. Some have even ditched their hairpieces! Pls subscribe to help us grow the self-healing library so more people can benefit! Type your email... Subscribe ● Rapid Regrowth: “After seven months, my hair has grown in thick, layer upon layer. So grateful!” ● Reversing Baldness: “For an M-shaped hairline and bald crown, I applied this for just one month, and my follicles actually came back to life.” ● The Routine: “Use a dropper to apply the tincture to the scalp, massage it in, and use about 10 droppers daily. Comb your hair often and avoid staying up late.” ● Family Success: “My two daughters and I have been using arborvitae leaf alcohol tincture for over a year. Our hair volume has more than doubled. It’s truly magical!” ● Spot Treatment: “My child had a coin-sized patch of alopecia areata. This method completely healed it. I’ve been using the leftover tincture on my own thinning spots.” ● Thinning Hair: “A bald friend used this and grew so many fine baby hairs. He used to have a bald crown.” Bonus: Oily Scalp & Premature GrayingUsers have also reported their hair turning black again! One user noted that while their hair used to be extremely oily and flat, they can now go four days without washing. Note: The tincture won’t make your hair silky—that’s what conditioners are for. Just apply a little hair oil to the mid-lengths and ends, and gently comb 300 times. Why Alcohol Tincture Instead of Boiled Water? Some prefer boiling arborvitae leaves for a hair wash, but alcohol extracts are significantly more effective for topical use. The ancient Yao Xing Lun (Treatise on Medicinal Properties) states that arborvitae leaves pair perfectly with alcohol. Crushing fresh leaves and soaking them in alcohol extracts the active compounds far better than water. Studies also show that an alcohol extract of arborvitae leaves is 1,800 times more potent against certain bacteria than water decoctions. Boiling or adding preservatives can actually degrade its efficacy. Clinical observations of 13 patients with frontal and crown hair loss showed that applying the alcohol tincture three times daily resulted in visible hair regrowth for all participants. Consistent use and slightly higher concentrations yielded thicker, more resilient hair. 🌿 DIY Guide: Making Your Own Tincture Subscribe 1. Gather Safely: Collect fallen arborvitae branches from the ground (no need to break living branches!). Clean them, remove the thick stems, and crush the leaves. (Safety note: Ensure they are pesticide-free. If you can’t find clean ones, buy dried leaves from a TCM pharmacy.) 2. Mix: Place 35g of crushed leaves in a glass jar. Pour in about 100ml of 60%-75% medical-grade alcohol, ensuring the leaves are fully submerged. ● Pro-Tip: Add a few slices of fresh ginger and/or Dong Quai for an enhanced formula. 3. Steep: Seal the jar and let it sit in a dark place for 7 to 14 days. Filter out the plant material and keep the liquid. 4. Apply: Take about 5ml of the liquid and apply it directly to thinning areas. Alternatively, put it in a spray bottle. Apply once daily, massaging until the scalp feels slightly warm to aid absorption. No need to wash it out! ⚠️ Important Safety Precautions 1. Patch Test First: Do not use if you are allergic to alcohol or arborvitae. Always test a small amount behind your ear first. 2. Avoid Broken Skin: Do not apply if you have pimples, scratches, or open wounds on your scalp. 3. Quality Matters: Never use moldy or spoiled leaves. 4. Health Conditions: Those with abnormal liver function should avoid alcohol-based products. 5. Individual Results May Vary: Due to differences in body constitution and preparation methods, results will vary. If your hair loss is severe, please consult a healthcare professional.
