He lives close to you,ask neighbors if it's their cat. Don't take him to the animal shelter,if you do, be further away from his home,his owner won't know he's there, he'll either be adopted, or euthanized, it's a high shelter, either way, he'll never see his owner again. Please,if you can bring him inside your garage,or a bathroom,out food and water, a litter box, and a box with a towel.
