Op here: she was bc she was fighting to get free and I dont own a carrier. I assure you she was fully swaddled in several towels before rope was used to secure her. Total tie time >20mins. She is now locked in a glass walled bathtub since I was able to trim her nails and check her for fleas/illness Im well versed In and know the ties to keep her from hurting herself. I did(and am doing) everything I can to keep thos poor cat safe, and I assue you i would never harm an animal.

Marie Jenkins Propbably because when kitty was found the person did not have a carrier. Kitty was found after 11 :30 pm since the photo was posted 16 hours ago. Fireworks were going to go off. People around use fireworks that pop loud their not supposed to use. The kitty needed to be secured and would feel safer this way than freaking out in the car.
