Charlie slipped out of his collar on 4/11/26 while with his human on the job site near Elmhurst Twsp Fire Co. Moscow PA. He is extremely friendly and ran off to visit the neighborhood and couldn’t be found. He is from Saylorsburg PA and doesn’t know anyone and is lost. His humans miss him very much so please keep your eye out for him as he doesn’t have his collar for contact info. He has bad skin allergies (seasonal) so please don’t let that scare you he was being treated and absolutely cared for. Thank you.
