I found a mother cat with two kittens in Larkspur neighborhood. She looks young and the kittens look like maybe 2 weeks old; they are still nursing. SPCA turned us away and I have been calling or emailing numerous rescues. Can you help?

Virginia Beach Animal Care and Adoption Center on Birdneck Road takes strays. Virginia Beach Animal Control can scan for a microchip and post on stray hold for owner to reclaim.
