He has been scanned for a chip and unfortunately doesn’t have one! He has a collar but no tags.

you can take it to any vet or any animal hospital and they will microchip scan it for free!!!! if it’s not contained, you can ask them to come out to your car. Don’t forget to ask them to scan the ears. Some states do it in their ears. We don’t know why but that’s just a fact thank you for being kind.🙏🐾🙏
