Also check with homeless people some like to keep stray dogs. If not found soon you can do this to spread the word.

Did you go check in that area? Poor pup deaf and blind might be so scared. I saw a photo on another sighted post. Hope he is found safe. Report to shelter as lost and check in person, post on Nexdoor and Ring for people not on FB.
