found these two wondering around by my hse. i brought them in so they could cool off but we cannot hold them for long as we have two dogs already. another post had the basset’s name as libby, and a microchip number. we called a vet and gave them the microchip number and he said the pet it belonged to was named bear (which i also saw on another post). they gave us a name, number, and address of the owner, but the address is 40 minutes away from here… and we have received no response from the number.
