We were finally able to secure him. It took more than an hour to do. He was very skiddish and I was concerned about scaring him away and him running and I was also concerned about him possibly biting.

We were able to finally get a leash around his neck. He was extremely hungry and emaciated. Definitely male, not neutered. He had some recent bite marks on his muzzle and a sore on his tail. he was picked up by the Bolingbrook Police. I am hoping that he has a chip. He definitely looks like he has been out for a while. He was very skiddish but also sweet 💔
