I'm sorry but how does this happen and especially in this heat? Like what the heck pet owners Let's get a little bit more responsibility going here and frankly I don't care if anyone doesn't like what I have to say. Sending many prayers for that poor lost dog and I'm praying somebody picked him up off the street to get him out of this heat
