Sweet black and white cat, seems young

This cat does seem to be lost. They’ve been in our back yard for about 2 weeks and this week they’ve trusted me enough because I noticed it was lingering and wouldn’t leave from around our wooded area and yard. Super sweet and a little skiddish. Has a left clipped ear with a faded white elongated mark on their back. I’ve been here 2 years and have never seen this cat. They’ve been around for roughly a little over 2 weeks. I believe they’re female but I’m not sure
