Ryan White, Only morons lose their dogs. Dogs are not escape artists. Cat are, but not dogs. That's equivalent to losing a toddler. Toddlers are more of an escape artist than a puppy. You shouldn't have dogs anymore, and make sure you don't ever have a child either becasue you'd probably lose your own child too.

What someone opened the back door? That is still your responsibility to be watching what people in your home are doing. And if you don't know, that's because your were careless and didn't make sure that people in your home were being supervised. You're still at fault. You shouldn't have a dog becasue your are too immature to protect and keep your puppy safe. I hope someone finds her and keeps it because you certainly don't know how to take care of her.

How could you have lost a puppy? Did you let her outside and then lose sight of her, or wasn't she on a leash? Was she microchipped? Probably not? You would have to be a moron to lose a puppy.

Rae Oldfield-Billings I have a Chip Scanner. I could scan found dog's or cat's. If I get a number on the chip scanner I send it to a wonderful lady that came to scan a little Chihuahua I caught on Mother's Day. That tiny little girl was reconnected to her humans after I took her to SLC County Animal Shelter. I so want these people to make sure they check shelter's. That sweet girl looks so precious.
