Contact neighborhood constable /Police / and vets to see if they know the pet or owner. If someone contacts you, have THEM tell YOU detail information to make sure pet goes to the right owner! Since the pup is not chipped and when the owner is found..have the owner meet you at a vet location to have the pet chipped(strongly convince owner to fix the pup if not already done) and then returned to them at their expense..Most counties/cities requirement is now in place..ALL pets must be chipped and registered! PLEASE be aware dogs stolen daily and used for dog fighting bait!😡 please keep this angel safe. CHECK NEIGHBORHOOD OR HOME CAMERAS IF THERE ARE ANY FOR POSSIBLE ACTIVITY! Your an angel to rescue this sweet baby specially during the hottest days of summer. if you don’t find a owner and you guys don’t decide to keep the sweet baby I’ll text some rescues. You can reach out to them and see if they can help you and maybe posting this photo getting some eyes on him. If you do end up keeping him there’s lots of low-cost vets that you could make sure he gets his shots or if you know someone that ends up wanting him you could guide them in that direction.
