Kitty was seen deceased on Wednesday morning in the middle of 223rd Ave, near Multnomah Greyhound Park Terr (between Halsey and Park Lane). Someone kindly moved the cat to a grassy area under a tree on the east side of the road, directly across the street (past the sidewalk) from the construction area/speed limit sign.
