Likely within 5 or 6 houses away. Ask neighbours to check sheds, garages and under decks and bushes. Go out with flashlight when quiet and dark. Get posters up asap using zip lock bags. Leave soiled article of your clothing outside to draw home. Leave door open a few inches and kitty may walk inside typically between 2 and 4 am. Motion lights and security cameras are really helpful. Make sure your microchip information is up to date or it will be useless. Good luck!

Go to every house in a 2 blk area around your house give your number to everyone ask people to check anything they had open even for a min seacans sheds garages under porches. Look up trees power poles in hedges take a walk morn and nite shake a container of dry food and call. But give number and talk to people someone has seen this cat or taken kitty in. Put out things that smell of both of u even litterbox. And I would watch a bowl of wet food in your yd all nite as your kitty could be coming home while u sleep cats love the dark. Don't give up.

If this is an indoor only cat that never goes out, look close. Indoor only cats when lost get scared and hide because it is unknown territory and usually do not come out when you call. Usually are within 3 or 4 houses . Put out something with your scent such as a piece of clothing or blanket. Call at dusk, dawn and night and shake the treats. Get in your neighbour's yards and look under decks, sheds, in trees, bushes or anywhere they can hide. Put up lots of posters.
