Black, Brown & White Border Collie. Long hair. No collar. No microchip. Very, very sweet. Found on the corner of Elm Avenue and Randall Avenue near the corner flower shop. Still searching for owner as of 7/7. With a Temporary Foster.

I am unable to hold this dog for very long and I do not wish to call animal control but may have no other choice if no one is able to help hold the dog. Proof of ownership will be required.
