To whom this pertains, there is unfortunately a deceased shorthaired black cat going onto Highway 70 from TR Hughes eastbound. It has been there for a couple days as I was not quite sure if it was a cat. It appears to be anywhere from 8 to 11 pounds just by looking at it. I would say maybe at the youngest at least one years old? I hope this can give peace even in unfortunate times to their owner.
