I hope you find your precious furrbaby. While living off Clairemont Dr above Mission Bay, there were 2 owls perched in a tree outside my 2nd story window. The cats perched on their cat tree attracted the owl,s who hooted a lot. I realized later that they were looking at the cats as dinner. I've also heard a coyote & her pups causing a ruckus in the canyon below. I'd assumed they were eating a fresh catch. Lots of cats went missing from that complex. Praying for the best for you!
