Saw a green and yellow parakeet at our feeder today. I tried to get close to see if he would step up but he flew away towards the street behind our hse (Matilda). Happy to help the owner in any way we can.

Heather Anne Duncan thank you for trying.... I hope you catch him, but if you set a crate or a dog carrier or a bird cage and put a little trail of food you might can get him that way without having to put forth a lot of effort and scare him.... Please let us know

Ginger Studt I tried to catch him yesterday but wasn't able to get close enough. I have not seen him back at the feeder today but I will keep looking for him.

Please try to catch before winter. It will not survive. You can use a bird cage or even a dog carrier or crate with a little trail of food leading into the crate
