You can also call 311 to request an officer to come to your home to scan the cat for a microchip. I rescued. 3 this year. Ears clipped well taken care of but running outside. So I took them and told nobody.

try to feed it in a crate even if you have to borrow one from my neighbor and then lock it in and take it to any vet and they will microchip scan it for free. I’m not gonna lie. You’re gonna have to move fast. Thank you for being kind.🙏🐾🙏
