Saint Bernard almost 2YRS

I am trying to look for my Saint Bernard and he goes by Knox. He is 1.5 years old about to be 2 in September 25th. I recently rehomed him on Facebook to someone that I thought I can trust in caring for him and they surrendered him to a supposed rescue. She is refusing to disclose to us where he is at due to a supposed contract. If anyone can help me find him please he was last in Houston and surrounding areas.
