Maria Jones There is NO EXCUSE for not having your dog microchipped and wearing tags - NONE. If they were responsible and cared about their dog, it would have been microchipped and wearing a collar with tags so they could be notified immediately when it was found. And dogs "get loose" when you're not responsible with them. Of course, " happens," which is why you have them microchipped and keep tags on them. The dog needs a new owner.
