There are parakeets that live here, there’s a few nests in New Haven, and they all look just like this. I don’t think this is anyone’s pet!

There's been so many parakeets in West Hartford lately. I wish someone could capture it. Just lightly have to throw a sheet on it and grab it....call ACO.
