Hannah Carver yep I saw one post where a frenchie on a leash was hooked to the owners chair while she was sitting in and it was stolen. They just took the leash and walked off with it. At first she thought it was a joke and they'd turn around but nope. Boom they took off within and she couldn't catch them.. Some people just plain . I pray they find their baby.
