Hi Michelle are you his owner? I found him this morning on my way to work. I saw a random white work truck w/lettering just parked at the end of the road by my job. After I parked, I looked in the rear view and the truck was gone but "Puppy" was just laying there in the rain. I'm sorry I wasn't able to get any information, I wasn't thinking that I was going to see a dog after the truck drove off. Just wanted to give you that tidbit of information.
