Leave some of your laundry outside your home to help him find his way home by scent. Also leave a door, lower window, garage door cracked open enough for him to find a way back into the home. They normally try to get back inside the same way they got out. If he is scared, he may be moving at night when it is quieter and looking for a way back inside. Hope this helps 🙏

Does he have ID tags on? Is he microchipped? If so call chip company and report as lost and make sure your chip is registered with your current contact info. Are you actually staying at the Motel 6? Also, print out the pawboost flyers to put up all around where he got out. Just be very careful of people claiming they have him and want a reward up front. That's always a scam Make whoever does claims they have him be able to send pics by text. If he's skittish, it's going to be hard for anyone but you to find him. Look in storm drains, under bushes and shrubs and under cars in parking lots. God bless, hope you find your handsome Cheeto!
