My significant other was on vacay with a friend (Rich) in La Jolla CA. I had found out after a loss of contact with her via SDO PD that she had drowned. I am looking to find and provide a to her former service companion. It would mean a lot to me after being her partner for almost a decade and I'm certain that's what she would want.
