IS THIS SOMEONE'S DOG?? PLEASE RETRIEVE HIM BEFORE HE IS HIT BY A VEHICLE!!! Someone out there loves dogs and can catch this dog!! Take water and treats with you, a leash or a blanket to throw over his head, and put the water down away from the dog!! Talk to the dog always, throw him a treat, talk to him and throw him another treat while you take a step toward him!! This could take some time!! But if he allows you to get close enough to him to throw the leash or blanket over him (get him fast if you throw the blanket), then put him online FB, Next Door, X, & 24petconnect!! PLEASE do not give him to the pound, pounds have moved up their days of euthanasia!! If you give him to someone, give him to someone you know well, SPCA, HUMANE SOCIETY, or any NO- SHELTER!!!

Thank you to any kind human that sees this buddy for getting him or her contained safely, water. 🤗 Someone’s beloved pup(So many pets are hit and killed before they're able to be safely returned home. 😔) Shelters are overflowing; animals being killed to make space for all the ones people are allowing to breed. It’s up to our community to do better. Please don't allow him or her to wander further. Imagine if this were a dog you loved ... 🐾 Any vet’s office will scan for microchip for free. 🐾 Not everyone is looking for their lost pets online, so it’s important to TALK to neighbors in the area. 🐾Check pawboost for LOST pets. LIST on pawboost 🐾Contact shelter with description and location: may be first place family is looking. 🐾Posting "found dog" on a simple cardboard, along with your phone number, posted close can be extremely helpful. I called the dog over to my car. He started to come over, but he seemed stressed and anxious, and continued on his way. This is a big German shepherd of unknown temperament. I posted his location and can tell you exactly where he is when you are ready to go get him, let me know
