The owner of the boarding company is since I don't live in the area. You have to live in that area to have access to that neighborhood. That's where I'm hoping he gets found because it totally works in my neighborhood on our next door.

My friend just told me she sees a lot of kitties get reunited on something called "next door"- are u on that? Says it takes a little longer for kitties than dogs.
