Message from Owner

My 2year old cat who is fully ginger with stripes (microchipped & neutered) went missing 2 days ago on 12/07/2026 around Glenfield LE3 area. This is very unusual as he usually returns home in the evening and does not go missing for this long. Please let me know if anyone can help. Please DM me if you have recently seen him. This would be greatly appreciated.

Give all details of Chopper to the local postal sorting office and also to your own postman/postwoman. Posties are great as they go everywhere and see all. Good luck 🐈

You may have done some of this already, but if not it might be worth putting a photo through the doors of houses/flats in nearby roads to home. Many people don’t walk around their local area and some don’t go out a great deal so they might not realise a visiting cat in their garden is a missing one. Plus, posters at the railway stations, bus stops, and newsagents. A poster at the station worked for me. Mine was found after 10 days, so don’t give up hope. Also if you have any used cat litter, (or bedding), spread bits of it around your borders outside. Cats can pick up their scent from some distance. I hope your cat is back home with you soon.🙏🤞🐾

Hang items of your unwashed clothing outside your home so he can pick up your scent Repeat every 2days.Call late at night and early mornings shaking the treats.Go out in your garden between 2am and 4am call listen and wait.Put posters up especially on your outdoor bin and in car window.Leaflet drop in your area and physically ask and go with neighbours to check their sheds and garages.Phone local vets.Good luck
