Please help me find my lost dog. His name is Napoleon, he is a little skittish and shakes when he's picked up. He's a shih Tzu/Chihuahua mix. Right now he is shaved down. He's all black with his feet have brown and his bell and neck have white. He has outie belly button. When he gets excited he will start to snort.
