Found on Muriel St. in Southside. He is full of Briars, has a sore foot and mouth. Brought him in and caring for him. He is sweet as can be. We are taking him to the vet tonight to check for a chip and get him checked out. He is safe, please reach out if he is yours. Seems to be feeling better as I care for him.
