Dawn Knolhoff Frank That dog is malnourished. Why isn't she feeding the dog and why aren't you saying anything to her about the fact that its spine and ribs are showing??? What the ? Why would Cheektowaga animal control give a dog that is clearly being abused by not being fed adequately back to people who are starving the dog? It probably ran away because it is starving. I hope who ever finds it the next time knows what to do. Shame on Cheektowaga animal control. These people should be charged not getting their dog back - and you did not say anything about the ribs showing to them either? Great.
