Just called the Cheektowaga Dog control. The dog in this photo - I can see his ribs and his backbone. If he was lost today then he would not be like this from being lost for days. What does that tell you.

This dog is way too THIN and not on a leash. If found do NOT return. He deserves a way better home. Might have run away looking for food poor thing.
