This poor dogs way under fed and uncared for … hopefully someone took this poor “lost” dog in. I’m guessing the poor thing took off because it wasn’t supervised and also was hungry… owners should be charged with animal cruelty!!! Ridiculous. Poor dog. 😢 I pray that a good soul took this dog in!! what kind of idiot leaves that collar on a dog at all times as well too/ that’s so disturbing... Hope this dog ran far away!!!!
