Kim Bishop Harvey they end up with the most irresponsible lousy owners on the planet and have been bred to death on every farm across the country which is why we see them dying by the thousands now It is sickening what has happened with this breed and it is happening from one end of the country to the other. As working dogs, most are treated completely disposable and they deserve so much better than the crappy farms breeding them to death in the awful owners letting them roam without identification on. So many dying in the Texas shelters every day because of these idiots

Linda Feldt it is an epidemic with this breed. They have literally been bred to death on every farm across the country and we see them dying by the thousands now in shelters. They end up with the most irresponsible lousy owners on the planet and not a single crappy owner out there bothers to do the one thing that will save their lives and get them home again. A collar with the name tag and phone number on it or a chip. As working dogs they are treated completely disposably They deserve so much better

Sadly Pyrenees end up with the most irresponsible lousy owners on the planet. They've literally been bred to death on every farm across the country and there are thousands of them dying in overcrowded shelters now as we speak. The Texas shelters are loaded with Pyrenees but these farm homes and backyard breeders could care less how many are dying. And the people who get them to guard whatever care so little about these dogs they can't even be bothered to do the one thing that will save their lives and get them home again. They truly deserve better than me horrible farm homes breeding them to death and the crappy owners they end up with. Hoping this beautiful dog can get safe to a much much more responsible owner or a rescue. Huge thank you for helping.

Deborah Haller thank you! He is not chipped. We already tried to scan him. That is good to know about both of those shelters. I will call around and see what they can do. I wish I could keep all of the ones we stumble across but we’ve already got our hands full 🥴

Haley Kelley best place is Azle or Weatherford Animal Shelter so the owner can track him down. Weatherford will scan for microchip, vaccinate, neuter and microchip. If owner doesn’t show, this dog will easily get adopted
