he is a brown tabby. Can you get a shelter outside that is warm? I would put a heated shelter on the porch or nearby the house. Put inside smells, cooked chicken works for my cats. and a tiny dip of cat nip. for smells. Also the cats blanket . Open a side and or back door in your house a few inches. set the cooked chicken inside with a tiny dash of cat nip.
